Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the service, you accept these terms and the policies linked here (including Privacy, Refunds & cancellations, and Acceptable use).
Service description
SceneGo provides location-aware storytelling and media in supported regions and for supported plans. Features may differ by product (for example, free highway corridor access vs. city packs or an annual pass). We may update or rotate content and features over time.
Eligibility & account
You need a working browser and, for on-the-go use, a suitable device with location available where required. You agree to keep your login secure and to provide accurate contact information. You must be old enough in your region to accept these terms and pay if you purchase.
Plans, passes, and billing
Prices and taxes are shown at checkout as applicable. Subscriptions renew until canceled before the renewal date. One-time passes are sold for a defined access window—see product screens and the FAQ. Payments are processed by a third party (e.g. Stripe); we do not store your full card number on our servers.
Access windows and expiry
Your access begins and ends according to the product you purchased. If we revoke access (for example, after a chargeback or policy breach), you must stop using paid features.
Acceptable use
See the Acceptable use policy. In short: no abuse, no bypassing technical protections, no unlawful use, and no commercial use of our content or platform beyond what you are licensed for.
Intellectual property
SceneGo, its branding, and the content we provide are protected. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service during a valid access period. You may not copy, redistribute, or publicly perform our content outside what the product allows, including scraping or re-hosting story media.
Commercial and bus use
Operating a commercial tour or bus service with SceneGo may require a separate license or agreement. Consumer passes are for personal, non-commercial travel unless we say otherwise in writing. See Bus licensing.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, content, or pricing with notice where reasonable; ongoing subscriptions will follow our cancellation and refund policies.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SceneGo and Loomshield are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues caused by your device, network, or third parties. The service is a travel companion, not a substitute for road safety, navigation, or your judgment as a driver.
